Yoga is something I have been doing inconsistently over the last few years. I really should do it more often. This morning I was able to get out into the sun and get in a 20 minute nude yoga session. The air was slightly cool but the sun felt great and kept me comfortable. My yoga skills aren’t really that good but they are improving. Flexibility is returning and strength is coming back. Since the injuries and health issues I had this year doing any exercise was out of the question. Now I am back 100% and feeling great. Here’s to more naked yoga and more sun in 2015.
